This page explains how to request deletion of your ELEC Driver account and the data associated with it, what data is removed, what we are required to keep, and for how long. This applies to the ELEC Driver app published by Joe-Tech kft.

How to request account deletion

You can delete your driver account directly inside the ELEC Driver app in a few taps:

1. Open the ELEC Driver app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Account tab (bottom-right menu).
3. Tap Settings , then scroll to Account .
4. Tap Delete account .
5. Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account and associated personal data are then scheduled for permanent deletion.

Prefer email? If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to balazs@ninor.com with the subject line "Delete my ELEC Driver account." We verify ownership of the account before processing and complete verified requests within 30 days .

Before you delete: make sure any pending earnings have been paid out. Accounts with an outstanding balance, an open payment dispute or an unresolved investigation may need those matters settled before deletion can be completed.

What data is deleted

Once your request is verified, the following data is permanently deleted (within 30 days of the request):

Profile information (name, phone number, email, profile photo)	Within 30 days

Ratings, feedback and in-app preferences	Within 30 days
Device identifiers, push tokens and app usage data	Within 30 days
Location data tied to your account (not part of trip records)	Within 30 days

What data is retained, and for how long

Some records must be kept for a limited time to meet legal, tax, payment and fraud-prevention obligations. Where retained, this data is stored securely and, where possible, anonymised so it is no longer linked to you.

Backups: residual copies of your data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your trip history, earnings records and driver profile. To drive with ELEC again afterwards, you will need to register a new account.
