This Privacy Policy explains how Joe-Tech kft. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the ELEC Driver mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using ELEC Driver, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
ELEC Driver is the driver application of the ELEC ride-hailing platform, which connects riders with drivers. The data controller responsible for your personal data is Joe-Tech kft. You can contact us at balazs@ninor.com .
2. Data we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — name, phone number, email address and profile photo.
- Vehicle information — the vehicle you use to complete trips.
- Verification documents — where required, identity and driving documents used to confirm your eligibility to drive.
- Payout details — the information needed to pay your earnings, handled through our payment providers.
- Support communications — messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically
- Location data — precise location used to receive orders, show demand zones, navigate and track trips. Collected while the app is in use and, where you allow it, in the background while you are online or on a trip.
- Trip and earnings data — pickups, drop-offs, routes, completed trips, ratings received, fares, and cash/card breakdowns.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, language, unique device identifiers, push notification tokens and in-app activity.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to keep the app reliable.

4. How we share your data
We share personal data only as needed to run the Service:
- With riders — your first name, photo, vehicle details, approximate location and rating so riders can identify you and complete their trip.
- With service providers — payment and payout processors, mapping and cloud hosting providers, and analytics and crash-reporting tools, acting on our instructions.
- For legal reasons — with authorities where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of users and the public.
- In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Location data
Location is essential to ELEC Driver. It is used to send you nearby orders, display demand zones, navigate and track active trips. You can control location access through your device settings at any time, but disabling it will prevent you from receiving orders and going online.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above:

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact balazs@ninor.com . You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings → Account → Delete account .
8. Data security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required.
9. Age requirement
ELEC Driver is intended only for adults who are legally eligible to drive. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may be notified in the app.
